All surveys are provided free of charge and include drawings and revisions.

The glass warranty applies to single glazing, double glazing, and fire-rated glass for a period of 5 years from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or breakage. Any repairs or replacements required as a result of accidental damage will be chargeable.
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of placing it and will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Any statutory rights afforded to consumers under UK law remain unaffected.
